Safety & Compliance

Set up correctly, every time

Temporary traffic management is a regulated activity. Here's where we stand on the qualifications, insurance and standards that matter on a UK highway.

NRSWA / SWQR qualified

Operatives and supervisors hold the relevant Street Works units and carry SWQR cards. [Status: working towards / held]

Sector Scheme 12D

Trained to NHSS 12D standards for installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management. [Status: working towards / held]

Fully insured

Public Liability £[5m] and Employer's Liability £[10m]. Certificates available on request. [Confirm cover before publishing]

Red Book & Chapter 8

Equipment and layouts to TSRGD / DfT specification, following the Safety at Street Works Code of Practice.

Note: a compliant street works site legally requires a qualified operative and a qualified supervisor present (and they can't be the same person). We can advise on what your job needs.
